Parking for people with disabilities
There are a number of handicapped parking spaces within the hotel area. In the hotel's inside parking lot on the minus 2 floor, there are two parking spaces for people with disabilities (marked in blue) that are wide and also allow the use of a wheelchair lift. There are also two outdoor handicapped parking spaces located south of the outside parking lot straight on the right after passing the section of the apartment building at 8 David the King. These parking spaces are intended for the use of especially tall or large vehicles transporting people with mobility disabilities. There is no need to reserve parking at the internal parking lot. We do not reserve parking spaces, because they are based upon availability as is the case with handicapped parking spaces. However, in order to use the outside parking lot, you must notify your arrival in advance so that we can arrange the opening of the parking barrier ahead of time. Entrance to the hotel
You can enter from the parking lot -2 directly with a wheelchair to the guest elevators, which are leading to the reception, to the rooms and the hotel spa. Alternatively, you can also enter the main entrance through one of the 2 doors between the carousel entrance.
Reception
Both in the hotel and in the spa there is an accessible reception that is adapted for wheelchair use. They are also equipped with a hearing aid system intended for those with hearing disabilities who use hearing aids.
Accessible Restrooms
There are accessible restrooms located at the entrance to the restaurant. There are clear signs in the lobby area indicating their locations.
The hotel spa has toilets for the disabled and a shower accessible for use with a wheelchair. These toilets are located near the sauna by the pool.
Elevators
The two guest elevators are adapted for wheelchair use. You can identify each floor number by feeling the braille signage on the surface of the frame. In addition, inside the elevator there is a voice announcement in Hebrew and English indicating which floor we are on.

The hotel Spa
In the hotel spa, there is a heated pool with a special elevator to lower a person with disability into the water. If this is the case, the arrival must be notified in advance so that we can prepare the elevator ahead of time, since two people are needed to get it safely into the water. There is also a shower and dressing room for the disabled and allows the use of a wheelchair. The spa has a Turkish hammam that is accessible to wheelchair users, as well as 2 accessible treatment rooms.
Restaurant
The hotel restaurant is on the ground floor in front of the reception and can be entered with a wheelchair. If necessary and upon request, we have special chairs with armrests in the restaurant that allow the owner of a wheelchair to move to a regular chair during the meal if he so wishes. The meals are served at the buffet, but the waiters are at your service to serve the food from the buffet to you.

Rooms
The hotel has two superior city view rooms that are suitable for use with a wheelchair with an accessible bathroom. These rooms must be booked in advance, especially during the summer months on holidays and weekends. It is possible to add a single sofa in these rooms for the accommodation of a companion, or alternatively, you can order an adjoining classic room for the use of a companion (for a fee).
Animals
The entry of animals is generally prohibited, only accommodation of guide dogs for the blind and severely visually impaired is allowed. We would appreciate to be notified ahead of time, so that we can take care of a water tank and food for the guide dog.
Secure luggage storage is available for all our guests for free before check-in and after check-out.
Laundry and dry cleaning services are available for an additional charge (except on Saturdays and holidays) โ the laundry service form and laundry bag are located in your room closet.
